Vegan curry

Add whatever beans or veggies you want

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Fry onion and chillies till soft in your pressure cooker

* Step 2

Add all spices and garlic to roast and release all the goodness

* Step 3

Add everything else and 3 cups of water

* Step 4

Bring to the boil and then close pressure cooker

* Step 5

Lower heat to medium

* Step 6

After about 45 mins check it and add more water if needed

* Step 7

Once peas are soft, serve with sambals and banana
