soy sauce

5 tablespoons

worcestershire sauce

3 tablespoons

mirin

3 tablespoons

brown sugar

1 teaspoon

ginger crushed

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine ingredients in small pot, and cook on medium heat for 5 minutes, until combined and smelling great!

* Step 2

Leave to cool while you make your Karaage Chicken.

* Step 3

Also great with crumbed pork chops or schnitzels.
