When you have plenty of spearmint in the garden, it would be a good idea to dry some to use in the winter!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash the spearmint and set it aside to strain thoroughly.
* Step 2
Spread it out in a tray and set it aside for a few days to allow it to dry. Cover with a cheesecloth.
