Pan-fried pork in wine
This is a simple, tasty recipe for tigania (pan-fried meat), perfect for a meze with your friends or even as a main dish served with rice!!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut the meat into small pieces and brown it on its own in a pot with oil.
* Step 2
Cut the onions and the peppers into round slices and add them to the pot once the meat has browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.
* Step 3
As soon as all the water that the vegetables let out is absorbed, stir in the wine and let everything boil until all the liquids are absorbed.
* Step 4
Pour the lemon juice over the food and it is ready to serve.
