Easy karidopita
An easy karidopita (Greek walnut cake with syrup)
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First beat the eggs with the sugar and then add the rest of the ingredients one by one.
* Step 2
Place the batter in a non-stick pan or a square cake pan and bake for 40-45 minutes to 180°C.
* Step 3
In another pot bring all ingredients for the syrup to a boil. Let it boil for 5 minutes.
* Step 4
Pour the syrup over the sweet.
