Easy biscuit dessert

Easy biscuit dessert for the whole family and not only!!!

Ingredient

Food ration :

12-15 large pieces
2 1/2 packets

petit beurre biscuits

2 tbsp

margarine

150 ml

heavy cream

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Using your hands, break the biscuits  into pieces in a bowl, add the margarine melted and the orange juice and mix well.

* Step 2

Line a glass pyrex baking tray with the biscuits and press them well in order to form the crust.

* Step 3

Beat the instant pastry cream following the instructions on the box and place it over the biscuits.

* Step 4

Beat the cold vegetable whipped cream with the heavy cream and add the sweetened condensed milk little by little. Spread the whipped cream over the pastry cream.

* Step 5

Heat the jam and spread it on top.

* Step 6

Set it aside for 6 hours in the fridge before serving.
