For those who love beer.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Sauté the onions and carrots in a little oil. Add the meat and the spices and continue sautéing for a few minutes.

* Step 2

Stir in the beer when the meat is golden brown.

* Step 3

Add the coarsely chopped tomato and 1/2 cup of water. Allow everything to cook and when it is almost ready add the mushrooms, quartered.
