Spicy pan-roasted mushrooms

Mushrooms with an oil and lemon dressing and a garlic flavor, in a non-stick skillet.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Clean the mushrooms from any remaining soild with a wet towel. If you are using white mushrooms, cut them into thick slices.

* Step 2

Place the oil, lemon, wine, garlic and chili (if you want to use any) in a lidded jar together with the dill, oregano, salt, pepper and the mustard. Seal well and shake.

* Step 3

Place the mushrooms and the red pepper in a freezer bag, add the dressing and shake the bag vigorously.

* Step 4

Roast the mushrooms in an non-stick skillet lined with a little oil.
