Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place the grated pumpkin in a bowl, add the sugar, cinnamon and breadcrumbs and mix. Taste to see if you are pleased with the flavor, otherwise you may add more sugar and cinnamon. Blend in the eggs.
* Step 2
Oil a baking pan, lay one sheet of the puff pastry and pour in the mixture. Cover with the other sheet, oil it a bit, use a knife to cut slightly the upper pastry sheet in different places and bake at 180 ° C for 40 minutes approximately.
* Step 3
