Beef with vegetables in a clay pot
A feast of colors and taste.
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Brown the meat, add the onion and the garlic to sauté and deglaze with the wine.
* Step 2
Add the tomatoes and let simmer until the meat is tender. Salt and pepper towards the end.
* Step 3
Chop all the vegetables into large cubes and fry lightly. Leave them in the strainer so that theoil drains out.
* Step 4
Place the vegetables in the clay pot and empty the meat and sauce on top as well as the cheese in pieces.
* Step 5
Cover with the lid and bake at 200ºC for half an hour.
