Easter cheese bread

Easter cheese bread

A recipe from Konstantina Athanasiou.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 pans
350 g

flour

2-3 tbsp

olive oil

1/2 cup

warm water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix 100gr flour with the yeast and a bit of the water and allow to rise.

* Step 2

Beat the eggs and add the grated cheese and the parsley.

* Step 3

Make a well in the center of the rest of the flour and add the salt, one tbsp olive oil and the warm water.

* Step 4

Stir and add the mixture of the eggs and the risen dough.

* Step 5

Knead till the flour is intergated. Allow to rise for about 1,5 hours.

* Step 6

Brush 2 baking pans with oil and put half of the dough in each of them. Sprinkle them with the rosemary and some salt and pour 1-2 tbsp olive oil on the top

* Step 7

Bake them, 200 degrees, for 35-40 minutes
