Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Put a wide pan on medium heat...once its hot pour a teaspoon of black peppercorns.Toss it and once it starts popping,set it aside in a bowl.

* Step 2

Heat the oil and drop the medium dices of onions and saute' for 5 minutes

* Step 3

At this point,add the pieces of chicken,toss it after 2 minutes and press the chicken down to ensure that it.cooks evenly

* Step 4

Add salt stir and pour in the tamarind juice and reduce to simmer for 10 minutes. And the ground black peppercorns

* Step 5

Towards the end of cooking and the chopped coriander and bell pepper.Stir gently and remove from the heat after 5 minutes.

* Step 6

Plate and garnish with coriander leaves.Serve
