Spring Onion Rice

Ingredient

paprika

2 tablespoons

vegetable oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the rice and chop the spring onions.Heat the vegetable oil and add the spring onions...saute' for two minutes and add the rice and stir using a fork

* Step 2

Add the salt and paprika and stir

* Step 3

Add two 250grams(2cups) of water and stir

* Step 4

Squeeze the lemon in the rice and stir and let it cook.

* Step 5

Serve hot with a protein of your choice
