Crispy rice

Rice is one of my comfort foods recently I have had the flu and it was all I wanted to eat!

Ingredient

Cooking time :

25 min
2 T

butter

2 cups

rice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook the rice until done.

* Step 2

Set aside rice

* Step 3

Melt 1T butter in med skillet add a few dashes olive oil (the good stuff please!)

* Step 4

Put about a cup of the cooked rice in the skillet. (think hashbrowns here) fry it (watch carefully) the rice gets stickier gooey and caramelizes... turn over brown crispy chewy on both sides....

* Step 5

Sprinkle with a bit of my chili dipping sauce...
