Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix boiled rice, potato, maida, Salt and pepper. Knead the dough and roll it. Roll again. Flatten them. Put marks with fork.
* Step 2
Put in boiling water for 5 minutes and take out
* Step 3
Immerse in ice cold water for 10 minutes and take out.
* Step 4
Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic. Add mushrooms and saute. Add salt and pepper and chilli flakes. Add soya sauce and prepared GNOCCHI. Mix slightly and serve
