Carmelized persimmons and carrots

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Melt butter in a large saucepan and saute carrots for 5 minutes covered and stir a few times.
* Step 2
Add persimmons and onion, saute for another 5 minutes.
* Step 3
Add the brown sugar, honey, cinnamon and cayenne and stir till sugar is dissolved.
* Step 4
Turn up heat to med - hi keeping uncovered and stir frequently till tender and carmelized.
