Peel potatoes, cut in to chunks

Cut celery into logs, medium size
* Step 3
In a saucepan, add broth and vegetables
* Step 4
Add spices and boil til tender, most broth will be absorbed
* Step 5
Serve with whatever you like. I served it with baked whItefish
