Fluffy Pancakes

Fluffy Pancakes

My husband will not have them any other way! :-)

Ingredient

3/4 cup

milk

1

egg

1 cup

ap flour

2 tbsp

sugar

1/2 tsp

baking soda

1/4 tsp

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine milk with vinegar and set aside for 5-10 minutes to sour

* Step 2

Once soured, whisk in egg and butter

* Step 3

In medium bowl, combine all dry ingredients

* Step 4

Whisk in milk mixture until smooth (do not whisk too much our you will have a dense pancake)

* Step 5

Stir in vanilla

* Step 6

Set aside for 30 minutes (batter will get frothy, but do not stir again)

* Step 7

Coat griddle with cooking spray and heat to 300*

* Step 8

Pour 1/4 cupfuls of batter onto griddle

* Step 9

Cook until top starts to bubble and bottom is browned

* Step 10

Flip and cook until other side is browned

* Step 11

Serve warm with butter and syrup!
