Cranberry Bread

So tasty with a slab of salted butter!

Ingredient

Sugar

1/2 tsp

Baking soda

1 tsp

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix butter and juice in measuring cup, add enough water to make 3/4 cup liquid.

* Step 2

Combine dry ingredients in large bowl and make a well in center.

* Step 3

Add liquid and egg, then cranberries and nuts.

* Step 4

Do not beat, stir gently until combined.

* Step 5

Bake in greased bread pan at 350°F for 60 minutes
