Chicken noodle soup with mashed potatoes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cook noodles until tender, set aside. Boil chicken breasts in 3-4 cups water at medium to high heat; cook until no longer pink and juices run clear. Remove chicken from pot with tongs (do not drain) and chop into small cubes. Add soup, bouillon and Italian seasoning to same pot and mix well. Add noodles and chicken. Bring to a boil and simmer 10 minutes.
* Step 2
In the meantime, boil potatoes until fork-tender. Drain and mash with butter and milk. Plate scoops of mashed potatoes in shallow bowls and ladle soup over the top.
