Cooking instructions

* Step 1

This hearty chili can cook for up to 10 hours on low. It's so good to come home to after a long day away.

* Step 2

In a skillet, cooker beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a slow cooker.

* Step 3

Add remaining ingredients except cheddar cheese. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4 hours.

* Step 4

Garnish with cheese if desired.

* Step 5

YIELD: 10 servings.
