Cheerful salad
Midwinter always needs a splash of colour. This is not really a recipe - just a combination of red and green salad veggies. Chicory really makes a difference as a replacement for other salad leaves - adds great flavour and crunch.
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut tomatoes, cucumber and red pepper. Separate chicory leaves and toss together.
* Step 2
Add dressing to taste - I use a dash of olive oil and squeeze of lemon
