Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook the tortilla wraps in a large shallow pan for 1 minute on each side Saute the spinach for 1 minute then place on the tortilla wrap

* Step 2

Fry the eggs until the yolk is almost set Place on top of the spinach

* Step 3

Top with a little salsa
