Avocado Salsa Salmon

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pat the salmon steaks dry with kitchen paper towel Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle over a little of the lemon juice Heat the olive oil in a shallow pan over a medium to high heat Add the salmon, flesh side down and cook for 4 minutes Flip the salmon over and cook for 4 minutes to crispen the skin

* Step 2

Make the salsa by mixing together the tomatoes, onion, coriander leaf, chilli, garlic, lime juice, avocado, mango and seasoning Top each salmon steak with the salsa
