Beef Bowl with Egg Mayo

This recipe is recreate a famous beef bowl from Japan called Yoshinoya.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 people

Cooking time :

30 minutes
2 cloves

garlic chopped

3 tbsp

soy sauce

1 tbsp

sugar

2 tbsp

mayonnaise

pinch

salt

pinch

pepper

1 squeeze

lime juice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Fry onion for about 2 minutes then add the beef. Cook it until done with high heat.

* Step 2

Add garlic, salt and pepper

* Step 3

Turn the heat to low then add soy sauce and sugar.

* Step 4

Add dashi stock and turn back the heat to high, cook it for a while until the stock is little bit absorbed to the beef.

* Step 5

For the egg mayo, boil the egg for exactly 7 minutes. After that put the egg to the ice cold water then peel.

* Step 6

Mashed the egg, add mayonnaise, salt, pepper, lime juice. Mix it up then add parsley on top.

* Step 7

Enjoy it with rice.
