Cheesey, Spinach, Filo Tart

This is a really good way of using up leftover odds and ends of cheeses and eggs and is also great for an addition to BBQ's, parties etc. Serve with new potatoes or a simple green salad. This tart would be delicous made with butterbut squash and feta too which i sometimes make x

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pre heat oven to about 180. Line a baking dish with baking paper and then line with the puff pastry

* Step 2

Mix the eggs with the cream and then season well.

* Step 3

Then fill the pastry dish with all the ingrediants and then cover with the egg and cream mixture

* Step 4

Put into the oven and cook for about 45 minutes, remove when golden brown and firm to touch but witha very slight wobble.

* Step 5

Serve with potatoes, asparagus or a simple green salad x
