Instant Lunch

This is a really quick, easy and delicious noodle lunch at my #workfromhomelunch today. I found a pack on instant noodle, broccoli, eggs, pea and chilli in my fridge and 15 min after I got my lunch 🍴 🍜.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Bring your stock or water up to boil, add your instant noodle in and cook for 5 mins.

* Step 2

Add your broccoli, peas, seasoning with soysauce, salt and pepper.

* Step 3

Boil your egg for 6 min for soft boiled and egg your egg in. Put your noodles in a bowl with egg. Top with fresh chilli and chilli flakes.
