Cream-style sweetcorn fritters
A flash back of my late mom making these for us when young,made me crave for some.Not knowing the ingredients and quantities I got into my kitchen and as usual came up with my own recipe. Outcome was delicious and tasted just how I remembered it to be.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place your oil pan on med heat. Add the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, salt) in a bowl, then corn and milk. Mix through, the batter must not be runny, if it is, add little more flour. Take teaspoonfuls of batter and place in the oil. Let it fry for 5 mins for each batch till golden. Place on a paper towel and enjoy
