Mini Chicken tikka pizzas

These mini pizzas are quick to make and perfect for platters or for easy snacks #savourycontest

Ingredient

Food ration :

1 dozen

Cooking time :

bbq spice

1 1/2 tsp

oil

1 cup

flour

Pinch

sugar

Pinch

salt

1/2 cup

milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Marinate the chicken cubes with the spices, add the marinade with lemon juice and oil and mix through. Fry the chicken in the oil for 5 mins, add the peppers and onions and cook till done. Leave to cool.

* Step 2

Preheat the oven at 180°c Prepare the pizza dough. Add the dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, sugar, salt) to a bowl then oil and milk. Mix to form a soft dough. Roll out on a floured surface and cut into mini pizzas with a round cutter. Place them on a greased tray, add 1/2 tsp of pasta sauce on each, filling and top off with the cheese. Bake for 10mins or till done.
