Nutty Kale Crisps
A ‘cheesy’ vegan variation on the popular healthy snack. The cheesy, nutty flavour is gained by using nutritional yeast which is not always easy to find in supermarkets but you can find it in health food shops or online. Warning: these are seriously moreish!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash your Kale and remove the stalks. Then dry the Kale - I lay it on a tea towel and let sit for a while to make sure all the moisture has gone.
* Step 2
Take the nuts, seeds, yeast, garlic powder, cayenne, salt, lemon juice and red pepper and blend into a smooth paste. Then gradually add the water and blend more until the paste becomes the consistency of a thick cheese sauce.
* Step 3
Mix the Kale and the olive oil very well until the Kale is completely covered. Then pour the 'sauce' over and mix well.
* Step 4
Bake in the oven at 180c for roughly 20 minutes, turning halfway through...
