Chicken Mayo Sandwich.

This is great for lunch or a light supper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil chicken breast in chicken stock and water till cooked. Let them cool

* Step 2

Pull chicken breast into small pieces

* Step 3

Mix with mayonnaise. Remember you can add more or less mayonnaise depending on your taste

* Step 4

Now add chicken spice, onion, parsley, salt and pepper.

* Step 5

Slice of bread followed by lettuce and tomato slices. Then the chicken mix and end with bread
