Slimming world, syn free, Pitta pizza
Here is a really delicious recipe for a a really lush homemade pizza, which, as a bonus, is also slimming world friendly (syn free, HexA cheese allowance and HexB allowance).
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Homemade pizza sauce:
combine sauce ingredients marked (*) in a saucepan and simmer down till thickened (15 minutes). Use this sauce for your Pitta pizza.
* Step 2
Warm Pitta in toaster till heated through and a little crisp.
* Step 3
Place pizza on oven tray. Spread pizza sauce over Pitta generously.
* Step 4
Pile up high your veg and protein toppings
* Step 5
Add your grated cheese and season as preferred.
* Step 6
Grill till cheese is bubbling and browning slightly.
* Step 7
Serve with a generous side of salad.
