Spring onion crêpes

Spring onion crêpes

I love eating these pancakes and we usually make it during pancake day 'Shrove Tuesday'.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2 servings
Pinch

salt

egg

200 ml

Milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a mixing bowl add the flour, salt eggs and milk together. Whisk together to combine evenly until there are no more lumps.

Once combined add the spring onions.

In a large sauce pan, add the vegetable oil or butter on medium heat. Let the oil heat up a little. Then add a 1 ladle of the batter. Spread the batter evenly around the saucepan.

* Step 4

Cook on both sides until lightly golden brown. Once cooked on both sides add either ham or cheese. Fold pancake in half. Once ham is cooked through or cheese has melted.

* Step 5

Transfer onto a plate and place in the oven to keep warm. Make more pancakes with filling of choice until no more batter is left and transfer onto plate in oven. Once all made serve and eat while still warm.
