Chinese Blood Pudding
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil water add vinegar and salt.Slice blood pudding into cubes.Then droo in a boiling water.Just boil for a minute.Remove wash and drain.
* Step 2
Heat pan and stir fry garlic and chilli sauce in cooking oil.
* Step 3
Then drop the sauce simmer it and add in the blood pudding.
* Step 4
Simmer it for abt 10 mins.
