In the winter season , this soup is one of my family’s favorite . There are a lots of different recipe to make this but I’m sharing a very simple and tasty recipe with u
Ingredient
Food ration :
2 to 4 people
Cooking time :
30 mins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In pan, add butter and let it melt
* Step 2
Add garlic paste and saute for 2 mins.
* Step 3
Now add chicken julienne and saute until chicken changes color.
* Step 4
Add chicken stock and water, bring it to boil.
* Step 5
Add salt, black pepper powder, white pepper powder and tomato paste, mix it.
* Step 6
Add soya sauce,Worcestershire sauce, vinegar and put it on simmer for 8-10 mins.
* Step 7
Dissolve corn flour in water and add gradually while stirring.
* Step 8
Add carrots julienne, cabbage julienne colored bell pepper julienne, cook for 3 mins.
* Step 9
In the end, add egg and keep stirring it.
