Onion Bhaji’s
I love onion Bhaji but find I simply can’t get good ones often, so I started to make them myself!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and gradually add the water.
* Step 2
If the mixture is too dry then you should add some water
* Step 3
Heat a pan of oil to 200 degrees
* Step 4
Some people prefer flat Onion Bhaji but I think round is better! So create round balls (not perfect and not too big) then drop into the oil until golden brown!
* Step 5
If you are frying with a little oil then flatten your Bhaji down
