I like to try new things new recipes I read a lot and compare things how one goes well with that, so my loaf today is a research of combination the result is soft, tasty delicious. Next time I want to redo it with blue berries, raspberries causes now it's just cranberries.

Ingredient

1 cup

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Pre heat oven 180 degrees Celsius

* Step 2

Sift your flour, baking powder, Bircabonate of soda and sugar and mix together

On the other bowl crack your eggs, vanilla essence and oil

The mashed banana and cranberries must be mixed with the dry ingredients and the eggs mixtures

Then pour that buttermilk on the mixture them mix all together using a spatula on this recipe

Grease your pan and dust it with flour then pour the dough on the pan

Bake for 25 minutes and check the loaf using a tooth pick once it comes dry then the loaf is perfect then cool it

Due to the heavy rains we having I'm enjoying my banana cranberries loaf with tea, try it and enjoy with and juice, or cold drink.
