Couscous with Salmon

Yesterday we visited friends for the dinner. The food was devine delicious tasty, I am happy that now I will cook couscous in my house cause I always enjoyed it from the restaurant. Sadly my other half didn't like it but as from yesterday couscous will be on the grocery list.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings
2 cups

couscous

1 cup

water

Squeeze

lemon

To taste

salt

2 TBS

olive oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

* Step 2

Take a saucepan to cook Add 2 teaspoon of olive oil in the pan add 2 cups of Couscous. Let it fry for 5 minutes. Add 1 cup of water continuously steering for another 5 minutes

* Step 3

Chop up half of the cherry tomato’s, 1 spring onion leaf and some coriander and mix it in with the couscous. Add a pinch of salt, pepper and biltong spice. And let it simmer on low temperature for 10 more minutes

Then set it aside while preparing the others on the stove. The dinner will be served with Salmon and Asparagus
