This simply yet tasty chicken my mom will cook it when there was no spices and vegetable and we will all enjoy it, and it's then I realise that simple and tasty food are always healthy and they cost less.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Rinse your chicken and remove the excess fat and skin if you like.
* Step 2
Pour it in a pot, also add your chicken stock and let it cook it for 30 minutes or so.
* Step 3
Then once it's cooked pour your salt and pepper to taste
* Step 4
Let it fry with it's own fat don't pour cooking oil it will turn brownish
* Step 5
This chicken was for trip we call it "umphako"so you can eat it with any meal.
