Cinnamon (Cinnabon) Cake
I love nuts, so I add a cup of chopped pecans into the topping and sprinkle some over the top of the glaze

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 Celsius. For the cake sift the dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl beat the wet ingredients. Melt the butter and add it to the dry ingredients along with the wet ingredients. Mix well with a spoon. Pour into large prepared bowl. Set aside while you mix the topping
* Step 2
For the topping beat the butter, cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla well in processor or with electric beater. Add flour.
* Step 3
Drop spoonfuls into batter and then using a knife drag it through.
* Step 4
Bake at 180 for about 45 minutes. Test with cake tester
* Step 6
Mix the glaze using just enough cream to a thick pourable glaze. Dibble over the cake. Set aside for a few minutes to set. Can be served warm or cold.
