Lemonade with Mint

Please note that if you want a healthier version all you have to do is reduce the sugar and add about 4 sweet apples to the juicer.

Ingredient

Lemon

8 cup

Water

3/4 cup

Sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a small pot bring one cup of water and the sugar to the boil. Sugar will dissolve. Allow to cool

* Step 2

Peel lemons and put through a juicer. Discard most of the pulp

* Step 3

Combine lemon juice, sugar syrup and mint. Refrigerate overnight. Serve over ice with slice of fresh lemon
