Crystal Mooncake(水晶月餅)

Cooking instructions

Preheat the steamer with high heat. At the same time, heat the water in a saucepan until boil.

Grease the mooncake mold with a little amount of oil. Place Step4 in the mold and press it down against a flat surface to shape the mooncake.
