'Speculoos' Mousse
As a speculoos-addict I loved this. Plus it only takes 5min to prepare! :)
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Break the speculoos into small pieces and add the cream. Let sit for a while until softened
* Step 2
Whisk the egg whites till stiff and spoon in the sugar
* Step 3
Whisk the speculoos and cream till stiff
* Step 4
Carefuly spoon together the two mixtures
* Step 5
Divide into cups (makes 6 large or 12 small portions) and let stiff in the fridge
