Mom's cheesecake

Ingredient

1/2 stick

butter

4 packages

cream cheese

1 cup

sugar

1 tbsp

lemon juice

1 dash

salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven 370

* Step 2

Melt butter

* Step 3

Crush graham cracker

* Step 4

Mix butter and graham cracker together

* Step 5

Press onto bottom of spring pan

* Step 6

Mix cream cheese with the sugar adding the sugar slowly

* Step 7

Beat till smooth

* Step 8

Add the eggs one at a time

* Step 9

Then the lemon juice and a dash of salt

* Step 10

Place mixture on top of graham cracker crust

* Step 11

Cheesecakes done when you can stick a butter knife into it and it comes out clean. about 1 hour
