Oil pastry pie crust

Ingredient

flour

2 1/2 tsp

salt

1/2 cup

oil

5 tbsp

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix the flour and salt

* Step 2

Measure the oil into a measuring cup, add the water one tbls at a time to the oil

* Step 3

Put the oil and water into the flour and salt

* Step 4

Stir,separate dough into 2 separate balls

* Step 5

Roll ball in between 2 pieces of seran wrap

* Step 6

Take off top piece of plastic wrap. Flip over into pie plate. Remove other piece of plastic wrap

* Step 7

Put in pie filling

* Step 8

Repeat with dough ball for top of pie
