Kimchi potatoes

Kimchi and potatoes. Very good combination for an eye and a taste. I love it alone and with some tofu or other vegetable. Do you know that average consumption per Korean is twenty-seven kgs? 🙈🔥 #kimchi #vegan

Ingredient

olive oil

2 teaspoons

red pepper powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook potatoes with salt.

* Step 2

On a pan we put olive oil and then chopped onion and garlic. Cover with pepper powder and let it work together.

* Step 3

Cut cooked potatoes into cubes and mix with the onion and garlic on a pan.

* Step 4

Roasted potatoes we mix with kimchi without a sauce and let it warm together.

* Step 5

After 5 minutes we can enjoy it!
