Yummy Potatoes

This is a delicious side dish for breakfast lunch or dinner !

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel potatoes wash them then chop them and boil them until they are halfway done

* Step 2

While your potatoes are boiling chop up the rest of the ingredients and put aside

* Step 3

When potatoes are halfway done drain them set aside

* Step 4

In a deep frying pan add the butter along with the garlic onions red peppers green peppers mushrooms fry for a few minutes until the onions start to soften then add your potatoes you might need to add some more butter if you feel its too dry

* Step 5

add in the seasoning and fry it until it is well done I like mine a little bit crispy... once it's done add shredded cheese and serve..enjoy
