3 Indian dips for popadoms

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Finely chop red onion, soak in water for 20 minutes to reduce the strong flavour then drain & pat dry

* Step 2

Chop the tomatoes, drain any excess juice

* Step 3

Mix the tomato and onion with chopped fresh coriander to taste. Store in the fridge until needed.

* Step 4

Chop cucumber & drain any excess juice

* Step 5

Finely chop fresh mint

* Step 6

Stir cucumber & mint into tzatsiki.

* Step 7

Finely chop half a fresh mango

* Step 8

Mix into mango chutney
