Baked pesto spaghetti
A twist on veggie pasta - baking gives it a more hearty feel. Substitute pasta with gluten free if necessary - all other ingredients are GF.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
* Step 2
Part cook the spaghetti for 5 minutes
* Step 3
Steam the beans for 5 minutes and the broccoli for 3 minutes
* Step 4
Mix 2 tablespoons pesto with 200g creme fraiche
* Step 5
Make 200ml vegetable stock
* Step 6
In the saucepan mix the spaghetti and pesto mix and stock
* Step 7
Transfer to an oven dish, mix in the cooked veg. Stir in the spinach. Cover with grated Parmesan
* Step 8
Bake for 30 minutes until cheese has browned
