Greek Olive Salad

Cucumber salad with a Greek twist.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Drain juices, prep and dice veggies, add all ingredients and combine in bowl.

* Step 2

Marinate for a few hours in the fridge or over night. The flavor gets better with time but it gets more liquidy.

* Step 3

Other Fun Add Ins: Black olives Roasted red peppers Capers Artichoke hearts Shaved parmesan Pearl marinated mozzarella Rice wine vinegar or white balsamic Banana peppers Green onion Fresh Garlic (not jarred or squeeze) Pasta/ Tortellini Pesto
